Data we collect
There are two sources of personal data on this site, and they are worth separating.
The first is anything you type into the contact form. That is your name, your email address, and the content of your message — including whatever you write about the guides on this site covering natural capsules for strength and vitality, energy and endurance supplements, or men's vitamin supplements.
The second is basic technical data that a web server records automatically whenever a page is opened: the page requested, the time of the request, and the browser type. This is the ordinary plumbing of serving a website.
We do not collect payment data, because the site does not process payments. There is no shopping cart, no stored card, and no billing record attached to your visit.
Why we collect it
Contact form data has one job: letting us reply to you. If you write to report a mistake — an ingredient list that looks out of date, a product detail that does not match the packaging, a sentence in our guide on popular products for men that reads badly — we use your message to check the claim and correct the page.
Server logs have a different job. They keep the site running, help us find broken pages, and show which guides people actually read. If one article is opened far more often than another, that tells us where to spend the next round of editing.
Neither stream is used for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles. We do not combine what you write with what others write, and we do not try to guess your interests from it.
Legal basis and consent
When you submit the contact form, you consent to us using your details for one purpose: replying to your message. That is the basis on which we hold it, and it is the only basis we rely on for contact data.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [email protected] and saying so. No form, no reason required.
Once consent is withdrawn we delete the message and your contact details, unless we are required to keep them for a legal reason — for example, a record we are obliged to hold under Indonesian law. If that applies, we will tell you which record and why, and we will delete it as soon as the obligation ends.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer the question and confirm any follow-up. In practice this means a few months. If a conversation closes, the message does not sit in the inbox indefinitely as an archive.
Server logs are kept for a shorter period than that. They are operational records, not a history of visitors, and there is no reason to hold them longer.
After the retention period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked back to you. Anonymized page counts may survive, but they no longer identify anyone.
